Shepard Mfg. Co. produced and marketed a series of spoons and forks called “The Flora” and Fruit Forks.” The spoons in the series generally had a heart-shaped bowl (although there were some variations), a twisted lower handle and ad enameled flower on the finial end of the spoon. This is framed by bright cut decoration and dots along the handle edge which give elegance to the dainty demitasse size spoons.
