American Spoon Collectors [ASC] is an organization which is devoted to the promotion and support of the collecting of souvenir spoons. Founded in 1974 by Bill Boyd, American Spoon Collectors is a national and international organization through which spoon collectors are able to communicate with one another and share stories about mutual collecting passions.

American Spoon Collectors publishes a monthly newsletter called  Spooners Forum which includes feature articles and information about souvenir spoons and spoon collecting as well as timely editorials on spoon related subjects. Included also are letters from members, an advertising section and frequently a Souvenir Spoon Auction Section to which members have consigned spoons for sale.
